NEW DATE FOR THE SENIOR ATHLETE DINNER
The senior athlete dinner will be held on June 8th, at 6:00 PM. (It was previously scheduled for June 1st.)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE CHAPPAQUA SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET/ELECTION - MAY 20

The Chappaqua PTA Legislative Committee needs to recruit nine volunteers from each school to staff the Chappaqua School District budget/election vote.  Each volunteer needs to commit two hours on the day of the election, May 20 at the Horace Greeley High School Gymnasium.  We have two hour time slots from 7am to 9 pm. Volunteers do not need any experience.  Please have the volunteers call Kelly Mofield 238-0101 (Kelly.mofield@gmail.com) or Tracey Blum 238-8092 (Traceyblum@optonline.net) to sign up.
NCCTV News      
The January 14 HGHS PTA meeting with questions and answers on the proposed schedule change at Greeley can now be streamed (video on demand) from the NCCTV's website. With the streaming, people can watch the meeting at http://www.ncctv.org/whenever they please and fast forward/reverse to catch/replay certain portions.
 
The meeting  will also begin airing at 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Fridays on channel 77. It also will show at 12:30 on Saturdays. This meeting will be shown for quite some time, though the show times may change. The website has "live" program listings so they are always up-to-date. 
Remember, Friday is Greeley Day at NCCTV.

                                                                                                                                   

 PREPAYMENT FOR FOOD SERVICE 

 

  1. Computerized voice messages or email messages will be launched weekly (beginning at 9:30am and ending at 8:30pm) to households in which a student’s account balance is under $10.

 

  1. Students in the secondary schools will also be reminded at the time of purchase.

 

  1. If balance reaches negative $20, the Food Service Director will send a letter or email message to parent/guardian to notify that no a la carte purchases will be allowed until the balance returns to positive.  Students will still be allowed to purchase lunch.

 

  1. Weekly phone calls will continue.

 

  1. If negative balance reaches $40.00 a second letter will be mailed home to inform parent/guardian that all purchases using the debit system will be denied if the negative balance reaches $60.00.
