This year, we have switched to an online version of our annual
Communication and PTA Volunteer form. The online version will reduce
paper and mailing costs, and supports our sustainability goals. In
addition, it saves administrative work in collecting and tabulating the
responses. I hope that you will support this method, and send in your
responses soon. You will be getting an email in early August about this. If you do not receive the email, you can access the forms below, and email me, Lucille Rossi, providing your correct email address.
We appreciate your participation. Your work is
what makes the SB PTA an effective and meaningful connection to the Seven
Bridges Middle School.
The SB PTA uses email to communicate with
parents during the school year. Email is the most effective way to
keep informed of SB news and other Chappaqua PTA information. Please
note: by filling out this form, you will continue to receive emails from
the SB PTA and Chappaqua PTA. In order to receive email and text
alerts from the school and school district you must register at
www.ccsd.ws.

School Supply Pack
School Supplies for the 2010-11
school year!
The SB PTA is pleased to offer
School Supply Packs for all grades 5th -8th. By pre-ordering a School
Supply Pack, most of your child's school supplies will be neatly packaged and
available in your child's homeroom class when school opens on September
7th. The supply lists were created by the teachers and eco-friendly
products selected based on classroom needs.

and return as per the instructions indicated by June 25th.

PTA needs people willing to videotape events at SB (and you get to see the kids
in action). No experience necessary.
